SKY Release HCA Release Agent for Continuous Steel Casting

Description

Sky Release HCA oil is based on natural esters for hot steel casting. Sky Release products provide effective lubrication and are specially formulated for high temperature applications.

Sky Release HCA oil for hot casting does not need to be diluted with water (fed as supplied) before being fed into the moldby a metering pump to provide lubrication in the harsh conditions of the continuous hot metal casting process. The average consumption is 0.06-0.12 kg per ton of steel.
